Our 30-Minute Pre-Adoption Guidance Call offers you personalised, one-on-one support with one of our team members to help you feel confident in your decision. During this call, we’ll review the adoption process as well as your expectations. Our goal is to ensure that adopting a pet is the right choice for you. We’ll answer your questions and guide you through the adoption process. This is a great way to gain clarity, whether you’re a first-time adopter or have special considerations. By opting for this service, you’re not only gaining valuable insights but also directly supporting our nonprofit’s mission to rescue and rehome animals in need. Your contribution helps us continue our vital work. This call lasts 30 minutes and can be scheduled at your convenience. Let us help you start your adoption journey on the right paw!
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Simply send us an email and let us know which time would work for you. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call will not be eligible for a refund. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled call and haven’t notified us in advance, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
